Not sure about the must have 8 glasses of water a day thing. If you lose little moisture and eat fruit that have a high liquid content then you could be right to keep living :smiley: The cleaning as the means of getting some exercise in is a really good idea for sure. Exercise in the form of work, leisure or otherwise is always going to help. If you can cut out processed foods then you really are doing some great justice to your body in my view. Our bodies have to work hard to get little nutrition from grains so bread and pasta are not going to help with weight loss. A good level of nutrition for low calorie intake is vegetables and fruits. Grilling will wipe out some of the nutritional value and denature some aspects of your food I suspect. Either way – if you move towards vegetables that have colour, like the many shades of green, red, orange as well as the many colours of fruits then you are practically guaranteeing you are getting all your amino acids and micronutrients for minimal calorie intake. The many shades of green is pretty much the winning vegetable however with things like leafy salad ones, broccoli, asparagus etc.
