I have been told that whole wheat bread and flour is little better then white flour or bread.
Is this true? And if it is, is their any kind of bread that isn’t just junk food?
I love my bread but I’m trying to eat healthy. Any help would be appreciated.
This is extremely true! White bread actually has chemicals in it to make it white, so needless to say, that is extremely harmful to your body and is not a heathy option. White flour doesn’t really have any health benefits to it, and the more flour you are eating, the more likely you find it hard to lose weight. I love my carbs and bread, but I have been trying to eat whole wheat carbs whenever possible (including pasta!)
