I had some onion/mushroom/cabbage/potato soup
… peanut butter and celery
… some pasta based around noodles made out of rice/green lentils
I’m low on food supplies and had to make rent this week. Normally there are grapes and a banana… something else that includes some greens. Like a hummus/avacado veggie sandwich… or a salad… I used to eat a lot more salads, but it’s not as easy to find a salad bar in these trying times. Keeping everything else on hand for them just leaves me wanting to cook other dishes instead.
I totally enjoy the whole foods vibes. A favorite breakfast was some granola with flaxmilk and sliced bananas.
Anyone else have any ideas along those lines?
