Hi all, I’m new to this forum. Been a vegan for about 1 year now. My latest feat is to give up coffee. I’m one of those “wont wake up unless I have a cup”. I’ve been looking into water therapy: drinking 2 liters of cold water first thing in the morning and waiting atleast an hour to eat anything. Supposedly makes you more energized and hydrated than anything. Anyone have any experience with this?
I agree. Drinking water even helps in flushing out toxins and prevents dehydration.
We can find different types of water-therapy like cold-water-therapy, hot-water-therapy, drinking-water-therapy, water based exercises etc.Each of them has their own benefits, but the actual benefits are what you discover yourself by using a particular form of water-therapy.
Drinking 2 liters in the morning alone sounds way too much. It can give extra work to your kidneys and your heart rather than cleaning effect. 2 liters during the whole day is enough. Also make sure that it is purified water.
