I am seeking a low maintenance, clean, drug free, vegan roommate. Must love large dogs - but unfortunately must not have a cat or dog yourself.
Room is located in a South Philly row home, between 6th and 7th - between Reed and Dickinson.
Rent is $400 a month, with extremely inexpensive utilities!
