Vegan macaroons

Instead of the brown rice syrup, which I doubt is easy to find except in a health food store, I figure that perhaps either omitting it would be ok, or maybe maple syrup could be substituted. Or agave sweetener, which seems to be easy to find in job lot stores these days…

I can say that vegans always find a way… I would love eating macaroons but macaroons are made deliciously with condensed milk and eggs but with this recipe I will still enjoy macaroons without those… Thanks snog… Hope this will be as tasty as the macaroons with eggs and condensed milk…

The recipe itself tastes very delicious! I wonder, when this macaroons will get baked, it will smell so sweet and wonderful. I am crazy for cheese layer which you mentioned that we can add, I guess increases the softness in the cafe. Too much mouth-watering one! Also, I like vanilla and orange/ lemon flavour, but as this is something new, gonna surely try for it.
