Vegan Cookies Recipe With Cherry Jam
This vegan cookies recipe has been improvised by me. I combined the ingredients I had in the kitchen. Surprinsingly I got sweet and tasty cookies . You can substitute sugar and white flour with more healthy products. The cookies made from sourghout flour have a more consistent texture. Otherwise, if you want them to be softer and easily crumbled, then you can add only white flour or spelt flour which are known for having less gluten. When you bake it turn on the up, down and sides heats, otherwise if you only have the upside heat you should rotate the tray. The cherry jam is made from white sugar. Actually you can use any fruit you like like apples, peaches, bananas, etc.
White flour 3 tablespoons
Cinnamon 1 small spoon
Cocoa 3 large spoons
Mix all the ingredients but cherry jam.
When all the ingredients are a homogeneous paste add the cherry jam. Try to make a solid texture in order to be able to give a certain shape to the cookies. If you want it more consistent you can add sourghum flour.
Pre-heat the oven and leave the cookies for 45 minutes at 180-200 Celsius degrees.
