Recipe:
canola, vegetable, or olive oil
1/2 an acorn squash
1 carrot
1 potato
1 onion
curry powder (to taste)
tandoori masala powder (to taste)
1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
If curry powder and tandoori aren’t your spices of choice, feel free to substitute with whatever you have.
Serves 2
It was really easy to make and you can substitute with anything you have in your fridge. The recipe is included on the video.
