Strawberry Mousse

1 1/2 cups silken tofu
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups fresh ripe strawberries, sliced
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill before serving.

1 c chopped strawberries
1/3 bar agar agar
1/2 c water
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c macadamia nuts ground
Boil water. Add shredded agar agar. Put brown sugar.

To prepare:
Put ground macadamias on a glass add strawberry mousse on top then repeat. Put sliced strawberries on top for garnish. Serve chilled

Let us try the chocolate version, but just put some strawberries on it…
