In my opnion following steps are necessary to achieve a vegan world:
act as role model
dont blame, but show how easy and trendy veganism is
dont waste your energy on short term projects, as they just save a few animal lifes --> focus on education of society (everyone -worldwide- has at least to achieve a college degree) and competitiveness of ethical correct companies! The best you can do from my point of view is to become a well educated and creative business-person who is able to support such companies. A person filled with bitterness (no matter how understandable it is) wont change anything.
A much deeper education of moralties and ethics; my proposal: delete all the religious stuff at school and replace it with philosophy.
That’s a rather crude definition of what make someone human. Also, do you care about the millions of bacteria you kill with each step? Of course not, they’re living beings though. By your definition it would seem as though you’re as un-human as the rest of us
As fun as it is to spout nice little phrases like that they hold very little worth.
CrystalMV I’m sorry if you’re offended by the truth. Please feel free to block your ears and say ‘lalalalala’.
Vegan World Order Carapace Mascot Vegan World Order is concerned with nothing other than the economic reality that vegans want food tailored to their lifestyle. Here you will find recipes and restaurant listings that address these needs. Debating vegan ism is secondary for vegans who do not compromise their choices.

I think vegans should not expect that world will ever accept all those very strict rules. There’s no need being perfectionist. I think it would be huge success if people get used to eat meat once a week, not everyday in every meal. When you say to someone that he/she should quit eating meat for all his/her life, it sounds frightening. That is why most of the people even don’t want to hear anything about vegetarism (and even more about veganism).
But just count what an effect it would have: for example, if person eats 100g meat every day, that means that 12 chickens(or smth like that weighting 36,5kg) was killed for him to supply a demand. (And I’m sure some people eat much more meat). But if person eats meat only once a week - it is just two chickens killed per year - 10 chickens saved!!! But the main meaning of this is, that less meat consumption popular beyond people would make a difference, not few individuals under very strict regulations.
Not everyone can determine to stop using animal products straight away, but it is much easier to take little steps towards it.
Actually, that is how I become a vegetarian. Meat seemed ing to me after I saw few videos in Youtube about how chickens are grown these days. I begun eat meat very rarely and every time I tasted it again, I thought: ‘It’s not even so tasty, why people are so obsess about eating meat?’. After, eggs seemed ing to me as well and so on…
I guess I’m lucky I never feel attraction to meat, but I know that if I’ll ever want to eat a piece of meat, I will and I don’t care. I’m not that sensitive and idealistic - one killed animal will not change anything. It is more about everyday decisions.
