I have been vegetarian for more than 10 years and I am 33 years old. I don’t take eggs.
1)Is there are standard diet that I could use as a guide ? I am looking for a specific list that could guide me on my daily intake.
2)I would like to know if there is a list of standard supplements/ vitamins that I should consume.

Daily you have to eat vegetable and fruit, drink enough water, regular exercise walk, avoid spicy and oily food and 7-9 hours sleep. Well that’s my daily routine. Try it.
