Quantum theory breakthrough

Quantum physicists have established that the observer is necessary in sub-quantum descriptions. The observer is ‘here’. Accordingly, to maintain the total universal sub-quantum balance between ‘here’ and ‘there’, a subquantum observation must be matched by an observation vanishing, to maintain the balance of subquantum here and there. This is why recent quantum theory insists on quantum work being carried out by technicians in pairs, so that one technician can make an observation in the ‘here’, and the other can miss it in a non-observation ‘there’, to balance out the events.
