Pumpkin Hummus

1 cup of cooked pumpkin
1 cup of chickpeas
1-2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp olive oil (optional)
3-4 Tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more to taste)
1/2 Tbsp agave nectar
3-4 dates
1 tsp Thai green curry paste (can be found in most Asian section of grocery stores)

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with bread and veggies.

Hummus are very delicious and it depends on how you spice it sometimes…
