Protein Free Living

I’m twenty-one and have just recently developed a protein intolerance. For anybody who hasn’t heard of that before, it’s like being lactose intolerance but with protein – and it isn’t limited to just meat. I get ill when I eat a variety of things, ranging from meat to fish to cheese/milk and even some high-protein vegetables like beans. Even tofu.

I don’t know if anyone here has a similar problem, but what I’m looking for are suggestions for how to stay healthy since my body doesn’t process protein correctly. Are there vitamins or supplements that I should be taking? Is there any sort of alternative? This is a huge change for me because I’ve had a normal omnivore diet for years. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! =)

My best advice to you would be to read Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s book Eat to Live.

You can depend on Vegetable Protein. Various Dal, Unitized food Which bear portion.
