Potato Halves Recipe

Ingredients for 20 servings (size may vary on size of potato)

10 Potatoes

5 table spoons ofCanola oil or butter

pinch of Salt flakes

Instructions 1) cut potatoes in half and boil them

  1. once the potatoes are ready, take them out and leave them to cool for about 3 minutes

  2. use a fork to lightly “rake” one side of the potato (this is so the butter / oil sticks and keeps the salt in the cracks)

  3. melt the butter

  4. lightly pour butter/oil over the potatoes

  5. sprinkle with salt flakes

  6. put the potatoes in the oven for about 10 min or until the potatoes go golden in colour

8) take out of the oven and serve them hot or cold!!!

this is a very testy salad. but without sesame, fennel and dill powder is not perfect test.

Wow, it really tastes delicious. The ingredient listed here are pretty cool and it can actually add a wondrous flavour to this yummy salad dish. More than vinegar, I prefer to add some filament or little fresh lime juice drops. That makes me wow and crazy for salad. Apart from these even if you for vege- salads or chicken salad prefer olive oil some time rather than any other kind of oil. It is beneficial to the health.
