Ingredients for 20 servings (size may vary on size of potato)
10 Potatoes
5 table spoons ofCanola oil or butter
pinch of Salt flakes
Instructions 1) cut potatoes in half and boil them

once the potatoes are ready, take them out and leave them to cool for about 3 minutes

use a fork to lightly “rake” one side of the potato (this is so the butter / oil sticks and keeps the salt in the cracks)

melt the butter

lightly pour butter/oil over the potatoes

sprinkle with salt flakes

put the potatoes in the oven for about 10 min or until the potatoes go golden in colour
take out of the oven and serve them hot or cold!!!
