Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies


      o 2 cups peanut butter
      o 1/2 cup (one stick) vegan margarine
      o 1 cup sugar
      o 1 cup brown sugar
      o 1 t vanilla
      o 2 t arrowroot
      o 2 t water
      o 3 cups flour
      o 1 1/2 t baking soda
      o 1 t salt
      o Splash some soy milk
      o 1 package bakers' chocolate chips 

Mix everything in a bowl except chips and soy milk. Splash soy milk until the texture is somewhere between wet and dry. Add chips.

Bake at 350F/180C for 8-10 minutes (on my oven it was more like 12 minutes). This can be smelled from miles away.

The recipe itself tastes very delicious! I wonder, when this cookies will get baked, it will smell so sweet and wonderful. I am crazy for cheese layer which you mentioned that we can add, I guess increases the softness in the cafe. Too much mouth-watering one! Also, I like vanilla and orange/ lemon flavour, but as this is something new, gonna surely try for it.
