Hello everyone. I became a vegetarian a few months ago. I am experimenting with new foods and even recently bought some vegetarian cookbooks. It is important to me to ensure that I am getting the right amount of nutrition. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for a new vegetarian. Did anyone have any troubles when they began?
