Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients 1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves
1-2 chillies
1/2 clove garlic
pinch salt
little water
Instructions Wash and cut mint leaves into fine pieces
(This helps make smooth chutney faster and avoids the leaves getting tangled up around the blender blade)
De seed chillies
Peel garlic
Add all ingredients to blender jar with little water and blend to smooth paste.
Add some drops of lemon or lime juice.
Transfer to storage container
Serve as side dip with savoury snacks, spread on toast.
This is a strong chutney. It can be further softened with fresh coriander leaves, coconut milk and such
