  1. What are the most important nutrients to look out for when deciding to go vegan? What food should you eat to help your diet to be balanced?
  2. One of the hardest thing to reintegrate is Omega-3, especially DHA and EPA. What should you do to avoid a deficiency?
  3. What about iron’s levels?
  4. How can you reintegrate calcium if you are not allowed to have diary products?
  5. What are your tips for people who want to become vegan?
