Mango Slush


2 Ripe mangoes, remove the peels and seeds
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup soy milk
Crushed ice

How to make the mango caramel slush:

*First, choose mangoes that are not too ripe and not too sweet for this slush. The ripe ones tend to loose flavor when you blend them.
* Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth then serve.
