* 8 peeled kiwi fruits * Juice of 1 1/2 limes * 4 ounces raspberry soy milk * 8 ounces lemonade * 12 ounces soda
(Yield four servings)
Start by blending the kiwis, lime juice and soy milk until smooth. Strain through a sieve. (Some of the kiwi seeds might get through, but they’ll add texture.) Stir in the lemonade, and then pour in the soda. Serve the beverage immediately to preserve the fizz and to keep it from curdling.
