I don’t think juicing is that good, I think it’s better to eat the fruit.

I agree with sergio as long as the person has healthy teeth and stomach eating the fruits is healthier.

I have to agree with sergio as well. Eating fruits is the healthier way than drinking raw juice.

I agree too! It is currently recommended to eat at least five portions a day of fruit and veg, and only one of these should be in the form of a juice.

Please can any body tell me that what is raw juices. I will recommend juices for good health is Natural juice. Because many juices are available in the markets actually they are chemical juices.
