I really want to lose 10 pounds in one week! how can i do it

I’m 14 and weight about 47 kg I’m 4ft11 and I love sports i play basketball soccer volleyball and badminton I also do gymnastics and I consider myself a heathy eater but I just can’t lose the extra weight! Thanks for your help!

Maintain your diet plan and follow it regularly would be better than work out regularly because the main reason of gaining our weight is; intake of unnatural food products. If we control on our diet then we can definitely fit our body in just a few months.
