Hummus (Tahini) Recipe

Ingredients 1 cup very well cooked chick peas
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
4 cloves garlic
sea salt
Instructions Put all ingredients into a food processor and whizz until white and smooth. If it should be too dry add a little more oil and lemon juice. Served sprinkled with paprika, plenty of wholemeal flat bread, olives and green chillies.
