Ingredients (use vegan versions):
one 14oz can garbanzo beans
bunch of parsley
2-3 green onions
3-4 cloves garlic
two tbsps tahini (more if you like)
juice of one lemon
dash of cayenne
Place parsley, green onions, and garlic into food processor and chop well. Put garbanzos into mixture, add the rest of ingredients, and puree.
Taste to decide if spices need adjusting and mix accordingly.
Serve on pitas (delicious w/falafel and tabouli) or w/fresh veggies.
