Hi everyone. My name is Marissa and I live in Arizona. I have a dairy allergy as well as an egg intolerance. Honey is a trigger for my migraines and I am sensitive to red meat and chicken. I haven’t eaten turkey since I was little. I do eat fish and shellfish, although I am thinking of going completely vegan. I don’t really know a whole lot about being vegan and I am trying to find recipes and ideas of what I can actually eat without getting sick. I look forward to learning about the vegan lifestyle and what I can actually eat.
