hellooo is anyone here a RAW vegan?
I’m currently trying to be one, although since I don’t know enough recipes yet and haven’t got enough equipment, my raw food repertoire is still very limited.
But it’s the summer so perfect time to indulge in raw foods.
And I’ve just been trying juicing too because of my long-standing post-meal fatigue. And juices really make me feel energised instead of tired. I guess it’s bcoz my body needs a reboot before it can effectively handle dietary fibre again?
