Wash your hair daily and take zinc and magnesium supplements. That will stop your hairfall.Once hair is lost it is very difficult to make it come back. I had to opt for hair transplant to make my lost hair come back. But after having done that now I am taking proper care of my new hair to prevent further hair loss.

There may be many hair fall reasons including age, pollution, genetics, diet, hormone, vitamins, lifestyle, use of hair care products, stress etc. however the exact reasons are still on research to be discovered.

Hair loss is the main the problem which is facing by entire world and want the solution. there are lot of reason behind hair loss like we are not take proper diet and doesn’t care our hair. If some one has losses a lot of hair then hair transplant is only one solution. :unamused:

My personally suggestion about your problem,
You need to wash your hair twice a week and please avoid shampoo because that has a strong chemicals.and don’t take any tension. You should use almond oil.
That is very good for hair falling.When you wash you hair, you take few drop of almond oil and aplly in you hair. After few weeks you see the difference.

Generally if you are vegan and you are experiencing hair loss, dandruff or any type or dry skin you are deficient in specific nutrients. Vegans with this issue are most often deficient in one of several key nutrients.
