Ingredients (use vegan versions):

2 Medium Haas Avacados
1/4 cup diced red onion
4 diced roma tomatoes (or medium sized of any kind)
2 cloves diced garlic (or to taste)
1 diced jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (or more if you can handle it)
1 tablespoon cilantro (fresh, if you have it)
Juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
Combine onions, tomatoes, garlic and jalapenos in a large mixing bowl. Halve the avacados and remove the pit. Either peel them or remove avacado with a spoon and add to mixing bowl. Add lime juice immediatly and mix (lime or lemon juice will prevent avacados from turning brown). Add remaining ingredients and mix thouroughly depending on how chunky you want the guacamole to be.
