Serves 2-4 depending on serving size
• Juice of two grapefruit
• 2 C alkaline ionized water or spring water
• 2 apples – chopped
• 4 C greens (use whatever you have one hand – chard, romaine, dandelion, parsley)
• 2 T ground golden flax seed
• 2 T raw agave (optional)
Directions: Blend grapefruit juice, water, apples and half of the greens and flax for 30 seconds. Add the rest of the greens and agave and blend again until smooth. The flax seed will reduce foaming. Drink immediately. You can store leftovers in a glass bottle and keep cold for the day. Best used the same day made to get the most nutrients.
