Ingredients Fresh sliced ginger into matchstick size.
A good Soy Sauce.
- A few strips of the Ginger can be used to garnish the sushi.
Instructions Place ginger into a jar, cover liberally with Soy Sauce. Ready in a few hours .
Remove a few spoonfuls of sauce and dilute 10fold with water. great with Tempura or Sushi.
May add wasabi paste or fresh chopped chilli.
