I’m new to the forum and am not a vegan but very interested in vegan food. I’m a vegetarian who eats egg every second day or so and cheese sometimes but not very often. I don’t drink milk or eat other dairy products. I find milk products taste really disgusting and upsets my stomach. But cheese I can handle, it has many different tastes, you can flavour it with onion and spices and stuff… anyway, I’m probably annoying a lot of people talking about dairy food.
I want to leave some informative links in a vegan health post, but because I haven’t made over 75 posts I wasn’t allowed. Could a moderator or someone else please post these links for me if I private message them? They’re not advertising anything at all, just a few links with nutritional information and facts.
