Fresh Vegetables juice Recipe

Ingredients 2 ripe tomatoes (any variety)
2 celery sticks (medium length, about 30cm)
2 baby carrots
Dash of lemon or lime juice
Instructions Wash all vegetables
Peel and cut carrots into small pieces
Cut the leaf off celery
Cut celery and tomatoes into pieces
Place all 3 vegetables in blender jar
Add little water (about 1/2 a cup)
Blend to a smooth mixture
Strain and drink the juice with dash of lemon or lime juice
The strained pulp is for the plants
