Ingredients 1 large can of 4 bean mix
1/2 red onion or about 6 spring onions, sliced finely
a handful of fresh herbs such as parsley, mint or basil
dressing of your choice
Instructions 1)drain and wash beans
2)wash and chop herbs
3)combine all ing in serving bowl and add dressing of your choice, I like olive oil and balsamic vinegar
4)put in fridge until required
you could make it fancier by adding some fresh, chopped and blanched green beans or sunflower sprouts if you want!
Wow, it really tastes delicious. The ingredient listed here are pretty cool and it can actually add a wondrous flavour to this yummy salad dish. More than vinegar, I prefer to add some filament or little fresh lime juice drops. That makes me wow and crazy for salad. Apart from these even if you for vege- salads or chicken salad prefer olive oil some time rather than any other kind of oil. It is beneficial to the health.
