Lemon Poppy seed muffins? Also, I’m sure this may be a stupid question, but how do you know certain ingredients are vegan such as flour and sugar?
There is a good recipe in Vegan Brunch. It’s posted online at yourveganmom dot com (sorry I can’t post links yet). Just search in the side bar for lemon poppy seed muffin. As far as sugar goes, I always buy organic which hasn’t been whitened (it should be a light golden colour). I didn’t know that some flour wasn’t vegan; is it also filtered with bone char?
