Ingredients
* 3 cups pure dark chocolate
* 1 cup natural peanut butter
* 6 cups (approx) puffed rice
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in a large bowl over a pot of boiling water. Once it is smooth, remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter.
- Next, stir in enough puffed rice so that it gets coated in chocolate. If you wind up with chocolate left in the bottom of the bowl, just stir in some more puffed rice.
- Spoon the mixture onto trays lined with wax or parchment paper and put the trays in the fridge or in a cold room or basement until the chocolate solidifies.
- Once they are solid, they can be put into sealed containers or bags and kept cool until serving. Do not freeze the krinkles, otherwise they will melt when left at room temperature.
