o 2 1/2 cups white flour o 1 T baking powder o 1/2 t salt o 1 t curry powder o 3 T soy margarine o 1 cup coconut milk o 1 t maple syrup o 2 T water
Preheat oven to 400F/205C.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and curry powder. Cut in margarine. Stir in wet ingredients until dough is formed. Turn onto work surface and knead for about 30 seconds. Pat or roll out to 3/4 inch / 1.9 cm thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter to make ten biscuits. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in a preheated oven.
