INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 1 cup unbleached white flour
* 3/4 cup chocolate chips
* 1/2 cup oil or melted margarine
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
* 3/4 cup maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1/2 cup rice milk
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl. After eating large amounts of cookie dough, drop the rest by spoonful into a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake 10-20 minutes until edges begin to brown.
