Chickpea Avocado Salad

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

1 ripe avocado
16 0z can of chickpeas
banana peppers
yellow or orange bell pepper diced
half a red onion diced
vegan bacon bits
cider vinegar (2 tablespoons)
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Drain and rinse the chickpeas in cold water.

Slice the avocado into medium sized chunks.

In a medium bowl combine the chickpeas, avocado, bell pepper, and banana peppers. I used mild banana peppers from a jar and added 1/4 cup.

Add the cider vinegar, salt and pepper and toss. Top with the imitation bacon bits.

Serves: 4 or so

Preparation time: 10 min.

this is a very testy salad. but without sesame, fennel and dill powder is not perfect test.

Wow, it really tastes delicious. The ingredient listed here are pretty cool and it can actually add a wondrous flavour to this yummy salad dish. More than vinegar, I prefer to add some filament or little fresh lime juice drops. That makes me wow and crazy for salad. Apart from these even if you for vege- salads or chicken salad prefer olive oil some time rather than any other kind of oil. It is beneficial to the health.
