Cashew Milk and Green Smoothie


Cashew Milk:

  • 6 cups of water

  • 1 cup of cashews

  • ½ tbsp fresh vanilla bean OR 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ - ½ tsp agave nectar

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Green Smoothie:

  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil (which is optional)

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • And a bunch of green leaves (kale, parsley, or romaine)
    How to make Cashew Milk and Green Smoothie
    Cashew Milk:
    Add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend well. Strain the cashew milk through a cheese cloth.

Green Smoothie:
Pour water into the blender. Add banana. Add greens to the blender. Add coconut oil and salt. Blend well. Pour in a glass.
