Ingredients 2 medium size fresh carrots
small piece ginger
1 medium size tomato
1 stalk celery
dash of lemon or lime juice
Instructions Wash all the vegetables
Cut them into small pieces (do not peel carrots as the peel has nutrients in it)
Place them in the blender jar
Add 1/2 cup water
Blend to coarse mixture
Strain the juice
Add dash of lemon/lime juice and have it with breakfast, made fresh
This juice is best had made fresh and with food to assist in absorption.
The residue from strainer can be fed to the plants (it is too coarse to be had and sticks in the throat)
Or it could be eaten as a cold soup. Kinda like gazpacho. Eating the pulp is good. Juicing isn’t a whole food, really. Better to eat most most the whole food as possible as opposed to juicing.
