Carrot & Celery Soup Recipe

Ingredients 4 carrots
1 stick celery
1/2 chilli
1 onion
1 tablespoon vegetable stock (available in supermarket)
2 teaspoon cooking oil
sprinkle coriander leaf
Instructions Peel the carrots and onion
Cut it into small pieces
Wash the cut carrots
Wash and cut celery into small pieces
Slice and deseed chilli
Heat cooking oil in saucepan and fry onion till golden brown
Place cut carrots and celery in microwave bowl, add little water and microwave on medium till soft
Add this and sliced chilli to saucepan and stir for 2 minutes
Place all these from the saucepan (keeping the chilli or discarding it, is by choice) in to the blender jar
Add little water and blend to coarse/smooth soup
Strain the soup if preferred
Add little vegetable stock to soup
Warm the soup in saucepan and add coriander leaf on top
Serve with garlic toast
