INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 cup avocado
* 2/3 cup dates
* 1/3 cup raw carob powder
* 1/4 cup black tar (see below)
* 1/4 cup raw cashews
* 3 tablespoons water

Black Tar

* 3 cups maple syrup
* 2/3 cup olive oil
* 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
* 1 cup raw carob powder

METHOD
Whiz all together in a blender and refrigerate.
