Black Bean and Millet Salad

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

2 1/2 cups milet cooked
2 large tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup green beans, or one whole cucumber
DRESSING*
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon vinegar balsamic
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
Chop string peas. In a very large bowl. combine all dry Mix well. Add dressing, mix, and chill.

IF USING CUCUMBER: Peel several strips (it should lok striped) and cut it lengthwise into 4 pieces. Remove seedy partfrom the pieces, and but them into 1/2 slices. Add to salad.

this is a very testy salad. but without sesame, fennel and dill powder is not perfect test.

Wow, it really tastes delicious. The ingredient listed here are pretty cool and it can actually add a wondrous flavour to this yummy salad dish. More than vinegar, I prefer to add some filament or little fresh lime juice drops. That makes me wow and crazy for salad. Apart from these even if you for vege- salads or chicken salad prefer olive oil some time rather than any other kind of oil. It is beneficial to the health.
