Apricot Lush Smoothie Recipe

• 5 apricots
• 3 oranges
• 1 cup of soya milk
Peel the apricots and remove the stones. Peel
the oranges and break into chunks. Add the
fruit to the blender and blend until smooth.
Add the soya milk and blend again until it
reaches the desired consistency.

I have tried this with peaches, it also taste good… Maybe I will be experimenting with other fruits…
