Ingredients 375g mixed dried fruit
400ml tin apricot nectar
2 cups S/R flour
Instructions soak fruit in nectar overnight(in a bowl)
mix in flour
put in greased loaf tin
bake for 1hr 180 C
is nice on it’s own or with a little nuttelex
