I’m an ovo-pescatarian. I do not eat any meat other than a little bit of fish. I do not eat any dairy products. I do eat eggs though. I’ve only been eating like this for a few years now. Before that, I had been a full-fledged vegan for almost a decade, and had been a vegetarian for almost a decade before that. Today, I eat eggs to ensure that I get enough vitamin B 12 into my body and I eat fish once or twice a week just to make sure that I get enough beneficial oils for my brain to work properly. You see, dimentia runs in my family. I don’t want to end up getting that too.
