Ingredients 1/2 cup wild rice
1 cup brown rice
1 med red onion
1 small red capsicum
2 celery sticks
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons chopped fresh pecans(I use walnuts)

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions 1) Cook wild rice in pan of boiling water for 30-40 mins, until just tender, drain well and cool. Meanwhile boil brown rice for 25-30 mins, drain well and cool

  1. Chop the onion and capsicum finely, chop celery into thin slices, combine in bowl with parsley and rices. Place the pecans in a dry frying pan and stir over a med heat for 2-3 mins until lightly toasted, transfer to plate and cool

  2. To make dressing combine all ing in bottle and shake well

  3. Add pecans, pour dressing over salad and gently fold though.

this is a very testy salad. but without sesame, fennel and dill powder is not perfect test.

Wow, it really tastes delicious. The ingredient listed here are pretty cool and it can actually add a wondrous flavour to this yummy salad dish. More than vinegar, I prefer to add some filament or little fresh lime juice drops. That makes me wow and crazy for salad. Apart from these even if you for vege- salads or chicken salad prefer olive oil some time rather than any other kind of oil. It is beneficial to the health.
