Ingredients 1/2 cup wild rice
1 cup brown rice
1 med red onion
1 small red capsicum
2 celery sticks
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons chopped fresh pecans(I use walnuts)
Dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions 1) Cook wild rice in pan of boiling water for 30-40 mins, until just tender, drain well and cool. Meanwhile boil brown rice for 25-30 mins, drain well and cool

Chop the onion and capsicum finely, chop celery into thin slices, combine in bowl with parsley and rices. Place the pecans in a dry frying pan and stir over a med heat for 2-3 mins until lightly toasted, transfer to plate and cool

To make dressing combine all ing in bottle and shake well

Add pecans, pour dressing over salad and gently fold though.
