Just so that no-one is confused, if you have a bladder infection see a doctor, if you have asthma, don’t stop using your medication, if you’re just looking at individual symptoms sometimes it’s important not to treat them, but look into the causes of them and treat the causes instead.

Red Peppers for Cough
A substance similar to that found in the cough syrups is found in hot red pepper. Use red (cayenne) pepper with caution-it can irritate your tummy.

Wheat, bran and cabbage for Breast Cancer
Helps to maintain estrogen at healthy levels.

Dark Green and Orange Veggies for Lung Cancer
A good antidote is beta carotene, a form of Vitamin A found in dark green and orange vegetables.

Cabbage for Ulcers also
Cabbage contains chemicals that help heal both gastric and duodenal ulcers.

Bananas and Apples for Diarrhea
Grate an apple with its skin, let it turn brown and eat it to cure this condition. Bananas are also good for diarrhea.

Avocado for Clogged Arteries
Mono unsaturated fat in avocados lowers cholesterol.

Celery and Olive Oil for High Blood Pressure
Olive oil has been shown to lower blood pressure. Celery contains a chemical that lowers pressure too.

Broccoli And Peanuts for Blood Sugar Imbalance
The chromium in broccoli and peanuts helps regulate insulin and blood sugar.

Tomatoes are very good as a preventative measure for men, keeps those prostrate problems from invading their bodies…GOOD AS MEDICINE.

If you’re talking about prostate you should prescribe broccoli and cauliflower as well.

Thanks once again you really did a good job. Is there are any fruits and vegetables for the sinus.

If you want to clear your sinus, eat loads of spicy curry.

You are always welcome markwilson:D
I have read that a simple way to help treat sinusitis to add certain fruits and vegetables to the diet. One antioxidant that has been proven to be very effective in helping to relieve sinusitis is quercitin.Onions are rich in quercitin. Onion skins are where most of the quercitin is, so making a tea with the skins is a simple way to get this nutrient. You may also make some garlic soup, for garlic is also an antioxidant.
Cruciferous vegetables are known for their antiseptic properties, but they can also help to open up the sinuses, which is especially helpful for those with any sinus problems. Some of these are radish, turnip, cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage.
But the most known way of treating sinusitis is eating loads of citrus fruits or drinking their juice.

Thanks meign. I will definitely try this remedy. Thanks for sharing it.

Hope this will help you… Enjoy the citrus juices…

Kiwi: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E & fibre. It’s Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

Apple: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

Strawberry: Protective fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protects the body from causing, blood vessels clogging free radicals. (Actually, any berry is good for you…they’re high in anti-oxidants and they actually keep us young…blueberries are the best and very versatile in the health field…they get rid of all the free-radicals that invade our bodies)
