Hello, I’m Amber and I am a 24 year-old from Pennsylvania. I’m a new vegan, but have done a ton of research on the lifestyle for the past year. I’ve come to veganism to help battle my weight issues. I used to be very athletic until a knee injury at 14 had me unable to do anything. So for the past 10 years I have been on and off so many diets it’s unreal. Now I am ready to go full vegan, and see if it helps me.
